The "Odkolek" project is situated in the very accessible district of Prague 9 due to the direct connection via the D11 towards Hradec Kralove, D8 towards Teplice, R10 towards Liberec, via the roads branching off from the D1 freeway towards Brno and D5 towards Pilsen. The subway station of Vysocanska and the Liben railway station are found near by.

The total land surface is 56.000 sqm, the project foresees the creation of green spaces, public areas, a shopping center and public transport infrastructures to connect Odkolek with the surrounding areas.
