Havlíčkova Plaza has a new owner

VIG Fund acquired Havlíčkova Plaza in Prague City Center from FIM Group. FIM Group has concluded a contract with VIG FUND on the sale of 100 percent of the commercial share in Havlíčkova Investment a.s., which is the owner of the real estate at Prague address Havlíčkova 1029/3. Both sides agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Havlíčkova Plaza má nového vlastníka

Fond VIG Fund získal od společnosti FIM Group Havlíčkovu Plazu. Společnost FIM Group uzavřela smlouvu s fondem VIG FUND o prodeji 100 procent obchodního podílu v Havlíčkova Investment a.s., která je vlastníkem nemovitosti na pražské adrese Havlíčkova 1029/3. Obě strany se dohodly nezveřejňovat kupní cenu.
